Laddland Bonfire on SummerHill (Ch Laddland Fireworks x Laddland All A'Quiver) came to us on July 4th, 2005 at 4 months of age.  Bo was a happy, friendly puppy who bonded quickly to our 8 month old Basset puppies.   To this day Bo's favorite playmates are Emma and Lucy.  He loves to try to howl like the bassets.  He loves tracking and burying himself under blankets on the sofa.

Bo happily welcomes visitors and is rarely ever upset.  He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with both puppies and 2 legged kids.   Bo is a big, muscular, handsome love bug.

Bo never really enjoyed the show ring but he certainly enjoyed the extra treats.  His flawless movement and natural stack ensured his quick Championship. From his 1st win at his 2nd show, the Central Ohio Specialty at 8 1/2 months,  to his BOV win at the Western PA Dachshund Club Specialty at the age of 2 Bo very rarely lost.

Bo finished his Championship quickly, with 3 majors and 2 specialty WD

By the time Bo was 2 years old he had accumulated 12 BOV, a Specialty Award of Merit, and an All Breed Group Placement, all owner handled. 

Kaye was so pleased with Bo and his 2 litter sisters (Ch Laddland By Candlelight & Ch Laddland Torch Song) that she repeated  the Breeding.  Sadly that 2nd Breeding was her last.
